This project was featured in Domain Sydney Morning Herald ‘Makeover Magic’. The works included new external balconies & garages with a lobby fit-out to this North Bondi Apartment Block. The new garages were saw cut out of the sandstone front yard to allow for level vehicle access to the street.

Principal Design Features

Wide space functional connection between inside & out / Individual unit identities punctuated by separated balconies about the centre line / Views toward to the beach remain unobstructed by use of frameless glass balustrades
