New Secondary Dwelling
New Secondary Dwelling on Rear Lane above an Existing Garage | Randwick
This project was born from a need of our clients to house a family member in future years. The design had to meet the demands of contemporary lifestyle due to the need for renting the dwelling for several years before their own family use. A separate garage is included for use of the principal dwelling.
